I absolutely enjoyed my experience here! Dined in twice and the food was always good. I’m making a review on Ralph who was my server and I am very pleased to have had him there. I have severe allergies and find it hard sometimes to eat at places and sometimes don’t feel at ease but Ralph 1000% made me feel reassured that certain foods I wanted were okay for me to eat and he went above and beyond to double check and confirm that for me. He was also very aware of allergies and took it seriously. He’s a hard worker and I hope you get to experience Ralph as your server one day as he made both of my times memorable. :)

Always a stop to Mikado on our vacations to PV. Ralph was our waiter last night and was awesome. Pork belly bao for starters was amazing. Had the NY York steak teppanyaki as the main course and was great.

What a fun night. We have gone to these types of dynamic cooking in front of you Japanese restaurants before. Several and this one did not disappoint. The food was amazing. We loved that they also had great sushi options but truthfully the full meal package was too much food already. The service was also great. Not somewhere you go every week but for sure a fun diner experience with a group.

Ralph was our server tonight and did an amazing job. We also had a fabulous Koch, who was very kind and funny. The whole experience was wonderful.

We received exemplary service, and the atmosphere was on par for a Japanese teppanyaki experience. We ordered: Teppanyaki , , tuna, chicken, and scallops - all were prepared and seasoned well. (5/5 ) We had a great time and enjoyed our this dining experience.

1000/10 for Mikado! We went twice on our trip to PVR while staying at the Marriott and were not disappointed. Both times our server was amazing - Antonio! We also dined late but they gave us a 10/10 experience either way. Night one we had a selection of rolls and nigiri that were delicious. The second night we tried teppanyaki beef filet and lobster which was DELICIOUS!! The team here is great and between the service, food, and atmosphere we couldn’t have been happier with our meal.

We stayed in Marriott Puerto Vallarta and decided to eat here during our visit. However, the restaurant was full and we cannot get in due to no reservation. Recommend to make reservation if plan to visit this restaurant. We decided to place an order for to go. The food was really good like the reviewers said. Not the best japanese restaurant compare to other countries but good to visit while in Puerto Vallarta. The food was edible and good. The best was the shrimps and they are huge and yummy. The bao also taste good. The dessert cakes are OK.
